Your rate is set by how many of your clients are paying. It rises on its own and never drops.

Calculated on the smallest business plan — $179 a month — paid as a year. Larger plans pay proportionally more: the same client on our top business plan is $1,198 at the highest rate.

You're paid for every client. Moving up a rate has two conditions.
01Business plans onlyOnly clients on a business plan count towards your rate. Personal plans and link sign-ups are paid at a flat 5% and don't move the ladder.
02Half of them on a yearAt least 50% of the clients you've brought must be paying annually. Clients who commit for a year are the ones who stay — the ladder rewards the same thing we do.

Anyone can be paid. You do not need a company to take money out, and to earn and spend inside Hespera you need nothing at all — an ordinary account is enough. Larger sums require a registered business — the programme terms set out where that line runs, and your partner profile asks you in good time.

step 2Start earningShare your link, open workspaces for the businesses you work with, publish your first template. The balance starts filling from day one.
step 3Confirm who we pay, when you want the money outSay who is receiving the money and where to send it, from your profile. Until then the balance is yours to spend inside Hespera without any checks at all.

Questions

Who is this for?
Anyone who wants their work to pay them twice — from a designer making templates in the evenings to an agency with dozens of businesses under management. You don't need a company, a client list or an audience to begin; each of those just adds another source to the same balance.
Do I need a company to join?
No — and you don't need one to be paid either. Anyone can receive a payout. Earning and spending inside Hespera needs nothing but an account. A registered business comes into it only for larger sums, and the programme terms say where that line runs.
How do I invite someone?
Share your partner link. Anyone who signs up through it is attributed to you, and you're credited when they pay.
How do I hand a workspace over to a client?
Create the workspace from your profile, name it, and you get a unique link. You pass that link to the client; they open it and create their own account, which you have no access to. That account still appears in your statistics — so it counts towards your rate.
Who does the client pay?
Us, directly, with their own card. No client money passes through you, and you never invoice them for the subscription.
How much does my template cost the client?
You set the price within a range for the category, and the system suggests one when you publish. Anyone on a paid plan can buy it — business or personal, it makes no difference to you.
When does the money become mine?
It appears on the balance when the client's payment clears and becomes available after a 14-day hold.
Can I be a partner and a customer at once?
Yes — it's the same account. Your own workspaces don't count towards your rate, and your own use of your own templates is free.
